Shipping & Returns

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at info@womantowomen1.com so we can assist before your order ships.

Orders returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the order will be billed to the buyer.


Tracking & Delivered Packages

All orders ship with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Occasionally, a package may be marked as delivered before it arrives at your door. Please allow 24–48 hours after delivery confirmation, as packages often appear within this window.

If your package has been marked delivered but is not immediately located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or nearby mailboxes

  • Contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number

  • Speaking directly with your mail carrier, if possible

If the package cannot be recovered, please file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, Woman To Women cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Returns

Due to the nature of our work — small-batch, handmade, and often one of a kind — we do not accept returns.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges if a size or fit does not suit you.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs
